Chateau Kefraya, Blanc De Blancs 75cl
Art and Culture
“Michel de Bustros’ passions for art and opera have accompanied the development of the domain, where wine and art have been intimately linked through several artistic tributes over the time.”
Every year a new canvas painted by a Lebanese female artist is selected for the label of the Château Kefraya red wine. The private collection of paintings is displayed in the main hall of the chateau, converted into an art gallery.
Nature and Environment
In line with a sustainable development policy and an integrated approach to viticulture, the vineyards are not irrigated. Vines are grown naturally with minimal intervention, encouraging biodiversity in a healthy environment. The domain is surrounded by pyracanthas while many other species flourish in a sumptuous setting of pine, cypress, oak, cedar and olive trees.
“A wine-grower who loves his vines visits them, talks to them and touches them. The vine feels it and responds positively. There is certainly a communication between man and the fauna. Then, why not between man and the flora?” Michel de Bustros.

An award winning lusciously sweet desert wine. Honey and orange rind notes on the nose with tropical fruit, orange marmalade and quince on the palate. Delicious and rich. Drink after dinner, with desert or with a mature strong cheese and prepare to be amazed.
Multi award winning Chateau
The Château Filhot was founded in 1709 by Romain de Filhot and is now owned and managed by one of his descendants, Count Henri de Vaucelles.
The estate covers an area of 350 hectares with 62 hectares of vineyard all along the south of the Sauternes village in the Sauternes appellation. In 1855 it was classified as a 2ème Cru Classé.
Chateau Filhot Grand Cru Sauternes is made from grapes grown on a South-West facing hillside just to the South of the village of Sauternes. The grapes are carefully selected, with groups of pickers making several passes through the vineyard to ensure that only the very best and perfectly botrysised grapes are used for the wine. Following fermentation the finished wine is matured in French oak for 2 years before bottling.

Château Prieure Lichine Margaux 2010 75cl
Prieure-Lichine 2010 is a vintage that best expresses the unique terroir of Margaux. This wine is the result of an exquisite combination of dense and complex Cabernet Sauvignon and opulent Merlot. Daily temperature variations, especially cooler nights before the harvest, certainly contributed to the precise, pure aromas of this wine. As one of Medoc’s top wines, Chateau Prieure-Lichine 2010 is a true classic with extraordinary ageing potential. A serious contender reminiscent of 1961 and 1982: two other illustrious years for Bordeaux wines.
