Don Papa is a premium aged, small batch rum from the Philippines. Distilled on the island of Negros, Don Papa is made from some of the highest quality sugar cane in the world. Don Papa is aged for seven years in American oak in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon and then charcoal filtered to remove any tannins and impurities before being carefully blended and bottled on the island of Negros, known locally as Sugarlandia.
