Since the late 1990’s they have had great sucess in sellecting the finest Cellar Masters and in 2013 the chateaux had won its 14th sparkling wine maker of the year award by the International Wine Challenge. The non vintage Piper Heidsieck is a well strutured that has a good mouth feel a harmonious balance and great fruit.

KWV Classic Pinotage Red Wine is rich and flavourful Pinotage shows true varietal characteristics with aromas of red cherries, plums and fruit cake. The sweet and juicy tannins carry hints of chocolate and pomegranate on the palate. Seductively soft and beguiling, it rewards every sip with a long and gentle finish. Perfect for fillet, beef or risotto dishes. Machine/hand picked from Vineyards in the Western Cape. Soil in the Western Cape is ancient weathered soils, of alluvial or volcanic origin. 35 Percent oak matured for 8-10 months. 90 Percent French oak and 10 Percent American oak staves.

Ocho is the first ever vintage tequila with each release being marked with the exact year of harvest, as well as the single field where the agave plans were harvested. This pale yellow tequila has a lightly citrus, vanilla, honeyed nose with bursts of green pepper and menthol. The salty buttery palate is comparatively low on oak influence but is strong on vegetable notes. A characterful tequila that, as befits its low production, will hardly be to everyone’s palate but tequila aficionados will love. Available in 75 cl bottle.
