Ocho is the first ever vintage tequila with each release being marked with the exact year of harvest, as well as the single field where the agave plans were harvested. This pale yellow tequila has a lightly citrus, vanilla, honeyed nose with bursts of green pepper and menthol. The salty buttery palate is comparatively low on oak influence but is strong on vegetable notes. A characterful tequila that, as befits its low production, will hardly be to everyone’s palate but tequila aficionados will love. Available in 75 cl bottle.
