Belaire Gold is simply stunning, inside and out. Balanced and elegant, the wine begins with aromas of stone fruits, ripe pear and brioche. Tropical notes of mango complement fresh Chardonnay fruit and limestone on the palate. Finely structured and delicate, the wine has a light, dry finish. Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages Combe aux Jacques 2016 75cl
The Beaujolais Villages ‘Combe aux Jacques’ is vinified same as the other wines from the region: with a semi carbonic maceration. The long maceration will allow a good extraction. The wine will have a good structure and will therefore be able to age several years. Jadot’s Beaujolais Villages yield comes from three sources. One portion comes from the Regnie cru, another portion from quality wine makers and the last portion from grapes and vinify them in their winery in the south of Beaujolais. Available in 75

Black Cow Vodka is the invention of West Dorset dairy farmer Jason Barber, who has a love of farming and also a personal interest in vodka. Like many of Britain’s farmers today, he wanted to diversify the produce from his 250 strong dairy herd. Then he learned about a nomadic Siberian tribe, the Tuva, who for centuries have been distilling Araka, a vodka made from fermented mare’s milk. This obscure vodka, highly revered amongst Russian connoisseurs, got Jason thinking that he could do the same with the milk from his own herd. The milk is separated, with the curd making his Trophy winning Cheddar, and the whey is fermented into a special milk beer. This is then distilled and triple filtered into this smooth, creamy, clean tasting vodka.

Calvados boulard VSOP is a calvados from pays d’auge in gold amber colour. Nose of rich fruity nose with a light woody touch, toasted nut notes and hint of brioche. It test well balanced harmony between vanilla, wood and ripe apple compote puree due to aging in French oak little cask. Final with velvet, elegant and delicate lingering, balancing fruit and vanilla.
