Gin Mare is a new super premium gin inspired by botanicals grown in the Mediterranean. These are individually distilled in a custom-made still and then hand blended to produce a gin with a truly unique and distinctive character.
The word ‘mare’ (pronounced mar-ray) is deeply rooted in the Mediterranean culture. Derived originally from the Latin mar, meaning sea, further investigation reveals its more familiar meaning of maternal.

Gigondas Chemin Des Papes Cuvee Prestige French Red Wine 75cl
The Southern Rhône is situated in a large, sprawling valley, shaped by the course of the Rhône River. A Mediterranean climate makes the Southern Rhône Valley one of the warmest wine growing regions in France. The grapes are harvested when just ripe, destemmed, crushed and fermented for 6 to 12 days at a controlled temperature (about 3° C). The best land and wineries have been selected for this wine. The wine is racked and matured in barrels for several months.

Malolactic fermentation as necessary. Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Fresh, persistent aroma with hints of floral and fresh fruit. Pleasantly dry, crisp and harmonious.
