Feudo Principi di Butera Grillo Sicilia DOC 75cl
Feudo Principi di Butera Grillo Sicily DOC is made from grapes harvested with Ideal aromatic maturation and subjected to soft pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature ( 16-18 degree C) and is kept on the lees for a period of 4/6 months. It follows an aging of a few months in the bottle. It comes in straw yellow and bright with light green reflections colour. It tastes complex, harmonious with evident sapid and mineral hints. It should be served around 10-12 degree C. It is Ideal with the first based on vegetables with light dishes of fish or raw fish and with crustaceans. This wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol of it’s volume. Available in 750 ml format.

Castello del Poggio Grignolino d’Asti DOC Red Wine 75cl
For preparing the Grignolino d’Asti DOC wine, the grignolino grapes are picked when absolutely fully ripe and are then vinified in the traditional manner with a maceration on the skins for four days, in order to extract just the right amount of colour and tannins and also to emphasize the wine’s floral perfumes. It is pale ruby with orange highlights in colour. It has lightly tannic with an agreeably almondy background flavour. It can be drunk throughout the meal, but is especially delicious with cold cuts, roast white meats and particularly highly-flavored fish soups. This wine contains 12.5 percent alcohol of it’s volume. Available in 750 ml format.
