Chateau Kefraya, Blanc De Blancs 75cl
Art and Culture
“Michel de Bustros’ passions for art and opera have accompanied the development of the domain, where wine and art have been intimately linked through several artistic tributes over the time.”
Every year a new canvas painted by a Lebanese female artist is selected for the label of the Château Kefraya red wine. The private collection of paintings is displayed in the main hall of the chateau, converted into an art gallery.
Nature and Environment
In line with a sustainable development policy and an integrated approach to viticulture, the vineyards are not irrigated. Vines are grown naturally with minimal intervention, encouraging biodiversity in a healthy environment. The domain is surrounded by pyracanthas while many other species flourish in a sumptuous setting of pine, cypress, oak, cedar and olive trees.
“A wine-grower who loves his vines visits them, talks to them and touches them. The vine feels it and responds positively. There is certainly a communication between man and the fauna. Then, why not between man and the flora?” Michel de Bustros.

Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 75cl
The scent of pink grapefruit and lemon blossom is beautifully counterbalanced by smoky, savoury aromatics, reminiscent of roasted cashews and macadamia nuts. The palate is rich yet refined with a chalky texture supporting the delicious mineral-like complexity and creaminess derived from traditional winemaking techniques.

Pol Roger Pure Non Vintage 75cl
Champagne’s geographical location engenders capricious weather. For this reason, since their foundation in 1849 Pol Roger have observed the tradition of not releasing a vintage-dated champagne unless the climatic conditions permit the production of grapes of outstanding ripeness. A vintage champagne must, above all else, be a balanced champagne. This balance depends on the right blend of healthy grapes, a good potential alcohol and correct acidity. The first criterion for declaring a vintage wine is its capacity to age. Devotees who have the patience to age their champagnes are rewarded with a more complex and richer wine.
