Lindemans Bin 50 Shiraz 75cl
Lindeman’s Bin 50 Shiraz is a medium to full-bodied Shiraz with berry, plum and spice characters and a soft, generous finish. It won the silver – 2013 San Francisco International Wine Competition and gold – Gold and CWSA Best Value 2013 China Wine and Spirits Awards. The consistent climate of South Eastern Australia, with long sunshine hours and low humidity, allows Lindeman’s to achieve the consistency of flavour that has made its wines so popular both at home and around the world. It is vivid purple in colour. This wine displays aromas of vanilla, dark berry fruits with a hint of peppery spice. The full bodied palate shows blackcurrant and plum flavours supported within a soft tannin structure that makes this wine immediately approachable.
A mild winter led to a warm and dry growing season with early bud burst. It was relatively cool leading into vintage, which commenced early as a result of normal crop levels and continuing dry conditions. In mid-January, the season remained dry and relatively hot with temperatures in the mfd -40 degree Cs, which continued until mid-February. Healthy leaf canopies prevented the fruit from being affected by the sun, but the warm conditions accelerated ripening. Rain came in mid-February, which delayed grape harvesting and processing by about two weeks and was accompanied by cooler weather. Despite the delay, 2014 proved ultimately to be another good vintage. Best enjoyed young and fresh. Enjoy with pasta, red meat dishes or cheese. It contains 13.5% alcohol by volume.

Casillero del Diablo Shiraz Rose 75cl
It is a special wine. It is not a variety, but a style. In Casillero del Diablo we took some Shiraz red grapes and we treated them as white wine. That is how we obtained attractive strawberry, raspberry and cherry notes with flavours of blackberries and plum. A fresh wine very close to the red wines.
