Masseria Altemura Rosato Salento IGT is a delicately fruity, fragrant, full and intense rose wine. Pink colour tending to cherry red of medium intensity. A good and appealing structure is followed by a fruity and persistent aftertaste. A wine for the entire meal, it is particularly adapted to savoury appetizers, vegetable soups and introductory dishes of fish as well as soft cheeses typical of the zone: Giuncata, Mozzarella, Burrata and Stracciatella.

Alvi’s Drift Chenin Blanc 2016
Light straw in colour, the chenin blanc is full bodied yet elegant. The wine is very viscous, giving it a wonderful mouthfeel and texture. The acid is well integrated and balanced resulting in a palate that shows great length and fullness for an unwooded wine. Primary fruit flavours of white peaches and nectarine dominate the nose and palate. The resulting wine shows a rare combination of intense aromas, complexity and length which is an excellent example of South Africa chenin blanc.

Alvi’s Drift Signature Pinotage 2016
Alvi’s Drift pinotage has been a speciality of the cellar since it was first bottled in 2006. The wine has a strong, medium dark colour with a garnet hue. The bouquet and palate are filled with juicy, ripe berry characters with mulberry and blackberry dominating. The tannin structure is well balanced with the oak and fruit. Subtle vanillin oak is integrated with hints of chocolate and dark cherries.

ADS Sauvignon Blanc has an attractive pale straw colour. The wine is light and fruity with aromas of grenadilla and asparagus. The palate is nicely balanced with a full body with a fresh zingy finish. Great for seafood or as an aperitif.

Amicone Rosso Veneto 2012 75cl
Amicone is obtained from a unique blend of selected red grapes cultivated in Veneto region, which is next to the famous region where Amarone originates. Some of these grapes are deliberately over ripened in the vineyards, and they are then followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Once the final blend has been obtained, it goes into a slow maturation process.

Masseria Altemura Apulo Rosso Salento IGT is deep ruby-red in colour enlivened by purple reflections. Intense and fruity bouquet with hints of plum and dried cherry. Dry with a fine structure and outstanding roundness. It shows a complex and persistent fruitiness on the palate. A modern-styled blend that makes this wine a Ideal complement to savoury first-course dishes, grilled or roasted red meats and moderately aged cheeses.
