A very pleasant, rounded attack, followed by a marked balance between freshness and intensity. The finish is lively, offering hints of white peach and Mirabelle plum.Laurent-Perrier brut Millesime pairs well with smooth and creamy dishes. Campo Viejo Cava brut reserve is created from three varieties of grape, Xarello, Parellada and Macabeo. The grapes are carefully selected and vinified at a controlled temperature; this sparkling wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method. The resulting cava is aged as a brut reserve for 18 months. It is a noble sparkling cava with green yellow colours and golden glints. It has complex aromas of white fruits and hints of wood.
