Buffalo Trace Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is a really classy bourbon from the eponymous distillery. This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth. It is the winner of 2016 88 points – Ultimate Spirits Challenge and 2016 Silver Medal – Denver International Spirits Competition. Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey 70cl
Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select is a small-batch bourbon from Kentucky.
It is a straight bourbon made on Kentucky’s oldest distillery site. The Woodford Reserve Distillery was established circa 1812 and is a National Historic Landmark in the bluegrass region of central Kentucky.
Woodford Reserve is the only bourbon which is triple distilled in copper pot stills. It is then aged in charred American oak barrels in stone ageing warehouses.
Rich, rounded and smooth, this bourbon has complex aromas of dried fruit, vanilla and tobacco spice, followed by flavours of toffee and spice with a long, warming finish.
