Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey 70cl
Named after the Reverend Elijah Craig who is thought to be the first person to use charred barrels to age his whiskey- which is now part of the law for Bourbon and leads to the rich sweet style of whiskey that we know and love today. This is fantastic Kentucky Straight Bourbon made by Heaven Hill Distillers a company founded by the Shapira brothers at the end of prohibition when members of the Beam family approached them with a proposal to build a new whiskey distillery. To this day Heaven Hill is owned and operated by the Shapira family with the Beams (Parker & Craig Beam) in charge of whiskey making. Including their flagship brands Evan Williams Bourbon and Rittenhouse Rye Heaven Hill make a wider range of American whiskey styles than any other major producer and also make more ‘Bottled in Bond’ whiskies than any producer.

Bulleit 95 Rye Frontier Whiskey 70cl
Bulleit Rye is the ultimate expression of a rye whiskey, achieved by its commitment to a 95% rye content, versus the industry standard of 51%. This creates a spicy finish perfect for classic cocktails including The Manhattan, Old Fashioned and The Sazerac. With rye being a cornerstone to the Bulleit Bourbon recipe, Bulleit Rye had long been a dream of Tom Bulleit’s, as it was the next natural extension of the Bulleit brand. For years, bartenders and mixologists alike requested that Tom add a rye whiskey to the Bulleit range and since it launched in the US in 2011, it has since grown to become the biggest rye whiskey in the US.

Douglas Laing Big Peat Whisky
A small batch bottling traditionally non chill-filtered, not coloured and containing ONLY Islay Malt Whiskies! Big Peat is a feisty Islay character but with a sweet side too – ‘he’ carries a big peaty (“phenolic”), beachy, oceanic, rather ashy selection of malts only from the magical Whisky Island of Islay… Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and (even the now closed) Port Ellen to name but a few! We do not chill-filter – we prefer a more old fashioned traditional approach – so you will detect a massive amplification of sea-faring qualities on the nose, palate, and finish…
