Jura Origin 10 Year Old Whisky 70cl
The distillery has 2000 square feet of stone floors where the malt is traditionally turned every eight hours to promote succulence and balance in Highland Park. Drying the malt over aromatic Orkney peat imparts distinctive aromas a unique sweet smokiness. Orkney’s cool climate encourages even maturation adding balance to the whisky. Maturation in sherry oak casks contributes natural colour and complexity. The first distillery bottling of Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky was as a 12 year old in 1979 and it remains the core expression and entry level to what is now a large range of Highland Park official bottlings.

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Whisky 70cl
An innovative approach to twice barrelled bourbon creates the rich and colourful flavour of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels. The second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring, extracts additional amounts of soft, sweet oak character. It is the unique alteration of the fifth source of flavour, maturation, which tells the real story this whisky.

Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey 70cl
Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select is a small-batch bourbon from Kentucky.
It is a straight bourbon made on Kentucky’s oldest distillery site. The Woodford Reserve Distillery was established circa 1812 and is a National Historic Landmark in the bluegrass region of central Kentucky.
Woodford Reserve is the only bourbon which is triple distilled in copper pot stills. It is then aged in charred American oak barrels in stone ageing warehouses.
Rich, rounded and smooth, this bourbon has complex aromas of dried fruit, vanilla and tobacco spice, followed by flavours of toffee and spice with a long, warming finish.
Woodford Reserve can be enjoyed on the rocks or makes an ideal ingredient for the classic Old Fashioned cocktail.Awards and acclaims:

Jim Beam White Label Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky 700ml
Jim Beam Bourbon is produced in the Beam distillery nestled in the rolling foothills of Clermont, just 30 minutes from Louisville, Kentucky. The process starts with local water drawn from the limestone hills in the central area of the state and a secret mash bill of corn (at least 51 percent by law), rye and barley malt. The fermentation is begun using the sour mash process – a portion of the yeast from the last fermentation (the set back). The fermented grain, the wash is distilled first in a column still and then again in a pot still. The new spirit is aged in charred 53 gallon (238 litre) barrels made of new white American oak. Maturation takes place in hilltop rack houses for many years during which time the whiskey mellows, picking up its characteristic caramel, vanilla and wood flavours. Jim Beam is a Straight Bourbon, aged for 4 years, no colour or flavouring is added.
