Don Papa Rum 70cl
Don Papa is a premium aged, small batch rum from the Philippines. Distilled on the island of Negros, Don Papa is made from some of the highest quality sugar cane in the world. Don Papa is aged for seven years in American oak in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon and then charcoal filtered to remove any tannins and impurities before being carefully blended and bottled on the island of Negros, known locally as Sugarlandia. The combination of the rich volcanic soil on the island, the quality of the sugar cane, the ageing in oak and the blender’s skill gives Don Papa a rich smooth taste. Don Papa is light and fruity on the nose, smooth and delicate on the palate, the light amber-coloured Don Papa has a long, rich-textured finish and offers flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits. Best served on the rocks or mixed in a cocktail such as a Don Papa Old Fashioned.

El Dorado 3 Year Old White Rum 70cl
This superbly balanced mixing rum is twice filtered through natural charcoal for great clarity and purity, then aged for at least 3 years in 45 gallon ex-bourbon oak casks. Its incredibly smooth and unique flavour profile, ideal for all cocktails – especially Caribbean and South American styles – is a product of a combination of the traditional Skeldon and Blairmont marques.

O.V.D Demerara Rum 70cl
OVD is made from the finest Demerara Sugar, produced from the finest sugarcane, the sweetest in the Caribbean, grown on the banks of the famous Demerara River in Guyana. OLD because it has been imported to Scotland since 1838 and is aged longer than most rums to obtain a mellow, rich and spicy taste. Vatted, because specially imported, top quality rums from Guyana are vatted or blended carefully to a consistent style which is smooth, rounded and full-bodied. The image is one of colour and character and like the Caribbean people, it is big hearted, friendly and a great mixer. OVD can be drunk neat, on the rocks or with a mixer drink. Drink it with ginger, Cola or fresh orange juice. Also popular with peppermint cordial or blackcurrant.
