With its 5th Gin series the brand has now managed to excel itself by presenting us with three unique London dry gins. Thematically, the products revolve around the elements of earth, water and fire. 5th Gin Black Air is a pure London Dry Gin based on a neutral grain spirit. It is distilled twice and functions as the base for the aromatised 5th Gins Earth, Fire and Water. Black Air’s character is dry and balanced, presenting itself transparent in the glass with a subtle silver hue. In the nose, this gin presents traditional notes of juniper, on the palate it features tart notes and a soft feeling. Black Air is produced in the Sorel Destil Leries del Maresme that exists since 1875. It is situated at the picturesque north west coast of Spain, right next to Barcelona. The distillery is led in the third generation, the know-how for the gin making comes from the United Kingdom.
