SPECIFICATIONS: GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Tempranillo from Cenicero. VINIFICATION Classical vinification with destemmed, crushed grapes, employing new fermentation control technologies and long maceration periods. AGEING Aged for 24 to 30 months in American oak barrels, with appropriate rackings. Aged in the bottle for at least 12 months before being put on the market. SERVING TEMPERATURE Serve at 16 – 18 ºC. TASTING NOTES Intense cherry-red with brick hues. Clean, powerful aromas on the nose, with harmony between the oak ageing and vinous notes. Wide structure in the mouth; tasty and full-bodied. Polished, gentle tannins. Its aromas continue on the finish, which is long and persistent. Well-developed and mature, with an assured long life in bottle.

Its intense and deep amber colour is a sign of its strength. Its flavours of candied fruit and its subtle and lightly spicy nose create a complete harmony: a mark of its power and roundness. To taste, a smooth, full sensation gives a simultaneously powerful and soft tonality with a hint of cocoa and a warm fruity presence. The long finish expresses all the complexity of the cognac’s blending and its long aging process.

The bold, smooth qualities of the Sinatra Select come from the specially made Sinatra barrels in which part of the whiskey was aged. Deep grooves were cut into the staves of the casks, increasing the amount of exposure the whiskey had to the wood. It is then married with Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 and bottled at 45 percent abv, which is how Sinatra would have enjoyed it back in the day.

The presence of the Borderies cru among these eaux-de-vie gives the Cognac a rounder flavour and greater aromatic length. Long aging in cool, damp cellars ensures that each barrel gains a perfect level of maturity. A meticulous blending process finally reveals the Cognac’s personality in all its glory: a myriad of complex, harmonious aromas.
