This wine is made from organic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes planted in the Languedoc region of South West France. The perfect ripening conditions of this location allow the blackcurrant flavours of the grapes to develop to the full.
The wine is a full bodied red with rich and smooth flavours of blackcurrants and loganberries.
Great with grilled meats or stuffed peppers.
Blended and selected by Lindsay Talas of Watermill Wines.
13% abv.

The well-balanced tannin structure ensures a full and lingering finish. Perfect for grilled meat, casserole dishes or barbeques. Machine/hand picked from Vineyards in the Western Cape. Soil in the Western Cape is ancient weathered soils of alluvial or volcanic origin. 35 Percent oak matured for 8-10 months. 90 Percent French oak and 10 Percent American oak staves.
