Campo Viejo Cava brut reserve is created from three varieties of grape, Xarello, Parellada and Macabeo. The grapes are carefully selected and vinified at a controlled temperature; this sparkling wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method. The resulting cava is aged as a brut reserve for 18 months. It is a noble sparkling cava with green yellow colours and golden glints. It has complex aromas of white fruits and hints of wood. A fresh well balanced and elegant cava on the palate with an excellent final sensation.

It has a cherry red colour, suggestive of a vibrant Tempranillo wine with it’s rich aromas have a pronounced intensity with an initial scent of ripe red fruit followed by gentle sweet notes of vanilla and spices. It is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla and cocoa. It won Bronze awards for International Wine Challenge 2013, International Wine and Spirit Competition 2013 and International Wine and Spirit Competition 2012 and Silver award for Expovina 2013. It contains 13.5% alcohol by volume.
