Luc Belaire Brut Gold Sparkling Wine is an effortlessly elegant cuvee created in the heart of Burgundy from a blend of hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Belaire Gold is simply stunning, inside and out. Balanced and elegant, the wine begins with aromas of stone fruits, ripe pear and brioche. Tropical notes of mango complement fresh Chardonnay fruit and limestone on the palate. Finely structured and delicate, the wine has a light, dry finish. Belaire Gold is perfect as a well-chilled aperitif, but it’s also a versatile food-pairing wine, especially with seafood, grilled vegetables or poultry.

Cloudy Bay Pelorus Non Vintage Sparkling Wine 75cl
As a non-vintage sparkling wine, the final Pelorus blend comprises wines from several seasons. Several different clones of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are used in the vinification of Pelorus NV. All grapes are pressed without crushing and the juice is given a short period of settling which is followed by racking and inoculation with a pure strain of Montrachet yeast.
