    Dom Pierre Pérignon took up his duty as cellarer at the Abbey of Hautvillers in 1668. For 47 years he continued to invent: improving the grapes’ quality with new viticulture techniques, blending different crus and grapes varieties to obtain the finest wines, gentle and fractional pressing to obtain white wines from black grapes, all those innovations became the fundamental rules of the method champenoise.

  • Campo Viejo Cava Brut Reserva 75 cl

    Campo Viejo Cava brut reserve is created from three varieties of grape, Xarello, Parellada and Macabeo. The grapes are carefully selected and vinified at a controlled temperature; this sparkling wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method. The resulting cava is aged as a brut reserve for 18 months. It is a noble sparkling cava with green yellow colours and golden glints. It has complex aromas of white fruits and hints of wood. A fresh well balanced and elegant cava on the palate with an excellent final sensation.

    Bollinger rose champagne is fresh, dry and delicate describe this sophiscated Champagne perfectly. The lemon and grapefruit notes that dominate this Champagne make for an acidic, lingering finish. Traces of nuts, candied fruits and coffee soften the Champagne to give it is unmistakable delicacy. It is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier and over 85% Grands and Premiers crus. It is serve with any fish, especially sushi and sashimi, shrimp, prawn, crayfish, grilled lobster, poultry and white meat, parmesan and good cured ham.

    A golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties and a beautiful aromatic complexity. It has ripe fruit and spicy aromas and hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches.     In 2010, Armand de Brignac’s flagship Brut Gold cuvee was rated the best Champagne in Fine Champagne magazine’s tasting of 1,000 brands. Jose Penin gave it 98/100 points (his highest ever rating for a Champagne) and Jancis Robinson, among many others, praised this Champagne.

    The flagship cuvee is a singular example of the Brut Champagne tradition.

    Marvellously complex and full-bodied, its bouquet is both fresh and lively, with light floral notes. On the palate, Armand de Brignac Brut Gold has a sumptuous, racy fruit character perfectly integrated with the wine’s subtle brioche accents. The Champagne’s texture is deliciously creamy, featuring great depth paired with a long, silky finish. Brut Gold is pressed from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.
