Talisker Dark Storm Single Malt Whisky 1L
Talisker Dark Storm single malt Scotch whisky is matured in heavily-charred oak casks for an intensely smoky flavour, designed to capture the wild, untamed spirit of a full-blown storm at sea. It has amber gold appearance. A salty, smoky edge combines with hints of aromatic spices and oak, developing into stewed apples. Exceedingly smooth and sweet palate with an intense vibrant combination of fresh fruits, blackcurrants and liquorice, slowly disappearing into a tempest of rich spice. Warm, lingering finish and powerfully smoky. When it comes to Talisker you can’t go past smoked salmon, the two are made for each other.

Unicum Zwack Bitters 70cl
Unicum is produced from 40 different herbs grown in various parts of the world. They are macerated and then distilled before being aged in old French oak casks for 6 months before bottling. Bitter is better is one of the USA advertising slogans designed to make Unicum a highly sought after drink in top New York bars. Thick, intense and dark brown in colour, Unicum has a characteristic perfume combining coffee, herbs and an almost medicinal, eucalyptus note. On the palate the tartness of the herbs offsets the with the sweetness of the underlying spirit, giving it an attractive balance and preventing it from cloying. Strong and clean on the finish, the herby notes continue through to the end.
