Cynar Artichoke Bitter
Cynar can be taken as either an aperitif (generally over ice), or as a cocktail (mixed with soda water and lemon or orange slice, or with cola, eggnog, tonic water, milk or bitter lemon soda). Europeans often mix it with orange juice, especially in Switzerland where Cynar and orange juice is a very popular combination. A variation of the Negroni cocktail uses Cynar in place of Campari. Because of its artichoke component, Cynar is also regarded as a digestive, as well as an apéritif.

Amarula Marula Fruit Cream Liqueur 70cl
From tree to bottle, it takes over two years to create each bottle of Amarula Cream Liqueur. The key ingredient, the marula fruit, is considered one of Africa’s botanical treasures. This exotic fruit, harvested by hand, gives Amarula its distinctive taste and smooth, rich texture. The tree grows naturally across sub-equatorial Africa and this is where the magical Amarula story starts.
This rare tree cannot be cultivated and the marula fruits are only selected when they are perfectly ripe and yellow. The mash from the fruit then travels 2,000kms to the cellar in Stellenbosch. The fruit is made into a wine and then double-distilled and left to mature in oak barrels for two years, before being blended with fresh cream.

NOILLY PRAT Original French Dry Vermouth 75cl
Noilly Prat (pronounced Nwa-ee Prat), known as ‘the Rolls Royce of vermouths’, is recognised by barmen all over the world as a premium cocktail ingredient. The characteristic taste of Noilly Prat is attributable to the blend of white wines, fruit essences, herbs and spices. When combined with oak ageing, the result is a truly excellent dry vermouth.
In 1813, Joseph Noilly created the first recipe for dry French vermouth. To this day, the process has remained unchanged. Still produced in the South of France, the white wines are matured for eight months in large oak casks. Then, in a unique open air process, they are transferred to smaller oak barrels, where for 12 months they are subjected to the elements and take on a deep amber colour.
The white wines are then brought back indoors for blending. The fruit essences, including raspberry and lemon, are incorporated, before twenty different herbs and spices are added. These botanicals gradually impart their flavour to the wine to create the delicate flavour of Noilly Prat Dry.
